Rain showers in Chennai city leads to heavy riddled roads

Chennai has been arrested by heavy rain for the past 5 days ended with potholes in the roads. Though it is raining continuously without any break, people are suffering to go out. In Chennai, some places like Nungambakkam, Royapettah, kodambakkam and vadapalani have been flooded with water create a trouble for people to walk on the road even in pedestrian crossing.

 There are some trees in Nungambakam , was collapsed down due to heavy rain leads to unusable buses, which are used to cross the path.  The condition of the road becomes very bad where it has been riddled with potholes and makes the vehicle to crash down. This creates heavy traffic and travelling becomes a nightmare. Even the high roads which is connected to city center faces the same issue.
