“FLOATING” BUSES DUE TO HEAVY RAIN IN CHENNAI



­­It seems the Chennai is facing the toughest part than ever before. Rain hits the city and causes severe damage to the roads. It has been raining continuously for the past 5 days and power supply was also disrupted in some areas. Rail tracks have also been submerged at many places, resulting in delays in arrival. “Floating” buses and vehicles could see everywhere. Many people refuse to take buses due to heavy floods. Chennai’s subways mainly Chetpet and Nungambakkam areas were flooded with heavy water causes heck of trouble for riding vehicles. Waters entered in MTC buses creates another trouble for the passengers.
