71 death reported in Chennai worries many as the flood water keep raising

The report of 71 deaths of flood victims in Chennai, worries many residents who are still to be evacuated.   The water which is on raise as the non- stop shower keep polling every day scares many.

For the past  two  weeks people has been evacuating their homes with  hope the water  slow down  so  they  returned any  time soon.  However there seems to be no hope on slowing down of water.  Families continued to lose their properties and many variables items.

“You cannot move with everything, we pick few that we need for now” said Sukmar who staying on the side of the road.  He said they had assistance by the neighbours and they are waiting for the government to relocate them. 

Indian express reported that Chennai district issued a warning on last Monday ask people living at the bank of rivers e,g Adyar  to  move safer place.  It seems that  no  hope that  shower would stop  any  time soon.

In some area, few temples had accommodated few slum dwellers, provided them with food and place to sleep.
