Tamil Nadu government on July 1 announced that wearing of helmet by motorists will be compulsory , with violators facing the risk of their vehicle documents being impounded.
Even if your helmet is not wearable if its wet or hot one cannot be allowed to drive on road without a helmet. Natural calamities or any other will not be considered an excuse .

motorist feel that this new strict law implementation is indeed necessary as its a rule to save lives but on the other hand their is many discomfort in wearing it as well.
